Vodafone VIP Terms & Conditions - Win your company name on the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes F1 cars
How you enter
1. You must be at least 18 years old and live in the UK to enter. Entry is free and is open to Vodafone business customers and their employees. Entry is not open to our employees, their families or agencies.
2. If you qualify because you are an employee of a Vodafone business customer you must get approval from your employer before entering.
3. To enter you must read and accept these rules of entry and the VIP terms and conditions and click on ‘Enter competition’.
4. The prize draw opens at 12:00pm 8 May 2012 and closes at 12.00pm (midday) on 8 June 2012.
Winner and prize
5. There is a minimum of one prize to give away.
6. The prize includes (i) your company name on both sides of both Vodafone McLaren Mercedes (“VMM”) F1™ race cars for the duration of the 2012 FORMULA 1 SANTANDER BRITISH GRAND PRIX on the 6, 7 and 8 July 2012 subject to VMM approval on size, style and exact position; (ii) Access to the VMM Brand Centre and VMM Garage on Friday 6 July; (iii) a photo with the VMM F1™ car and one VMM driver; (iv) Two 3-day Abbey Grandstand passes to the Grand Prix™; (v) 3 nights’ accommodation; and (vi) x 1 Park and Ride pass.
7. Winners will be selected at random from 8 June 2012 and will be notified via SMS from 8 June 2012.
8. Winners must accept their prize and confirm their postal address via vodafone.co.uk/vip by the date specified in the SMS.
9. In the event that the prize are is not accepted, the winner will be redrawn.
10. The winner will be required to (i) provide their company name/logo in EPS file format by the 4 July; and (ii) to sign a declaration form with VMM to place the company name/logo on the cars.
11. The photo with the VMM F1™ driver is race team and driver schedule permitting.
12. It is the winners’ responsibility to contact us at vodafone-vip@fuseint.com if the tickets haven’t arrived three days prior to the event.
13. The prize does not entitle you to market, advertise or promote your company name/logo with VMM. Any pictures you take of the car and/or at the Grand Prix™ are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use only.
14. If your guest is under 16 years you will need to be at least 18 years or older to accompany them to the event.
15. Customer information will only be used to make the draw and contact the winner.
16. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses with you.
17. Photographs and video content may be taken during the event and may be uploaded to vodafone.co.uk/vip, Vodafone's Facebook page or YouTube account, or used in future marketing material. By entering the prize draw you give us your unconditional, payment-free permission to use this content for these purposes.
18. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be sold and no cash alternative will be given.
19. The winner’s name and company can be obtained by contacting vodafone-vip@fuseint.com after 30 September 2012.
