Vodafone VIP Terms & Conditions – Get exclusive tickets to London Fashion Week
How you enter
1. To enter this draw you’ll need to be at least 16 years old and a resident in the UK.
2. To enter you must read and accept these rules of entry and the VIP terms and conditions and click on ‘Enter competition’.
3. The prize draw opens at 9am on 27 July 2012 and closes at 12pm (midday) on 28 August 2012. Winner and prize
4. There are a minimum of 200 prizes to give away.
5. The prize includes a pair of tickets for London Fashion Week. Tickets include access to the Vodafone VIP Lounge and the chance to watch one catwalk show from the Vodafone Viewing Platform.
6. The prize is valid at Somerset House, London between Friday 14 September and Tuesday 18 September 2012 and winners will be asked to choose their preferred day and catwalk time from the options available (on a first come first serve basis). Once the prize has been accepted, the chosen day and catwalk show time cannot be changed.
7. The days and times offered are subject to the London Fashion Week catwalk schedule. The British Fashion Council reserves the right to change the catwalk schedule. Winners will be made aware of any day or time change at least 3 days prior to the event.
8. Winners will be selected at random from 28 August 2012 and will be notified via SMS from 28 August 2012.
9. Winners must accept their prize and confirm their postal address via vodafone.co.uk/vip by the date specified in the SMS.
10. In the event that all prizes are not accepted, winners will be redrawn.
11. Tickets for the prize will be posted (free of charge) by Royal Mail recorded delivery to winners no less than 3 days before the event. A signature will be required on delivery.
12. It is the winners’ responsibility to contact us at vodafone-vip@fuseint.com if the tickets haven’t arrived three days prior to the event.
13. London Fashion Week is not available to under 18s unless accompanied by an adult.
14. Winners and their guests are subject to the security and entry conditions of www.londonfashionweek.co.uk.
15. Customer information will only be used to make the draw and contact the winner.
16. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses with you.
17. Photographs and video content will be taken during the event and may be uploaded to www.vodafone.co.uk/vip, Vodafone’s Facebook page or YouTube. By entering the prize draw you give us your unconditional, payment-free permission to use this content on these sites.
18. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be sold and no cash alternative will be given.
19. A list of winners can be obtained by contacting vodafone-vip@fuseint.com after 30 January 2013.
