  • What is Vodafone VIP?Vodafone VIP is our way of saying thank you to our customers. Join in, and you’ll get access to some of the best events in Britain and fantastic offers in fashion, festivals and motorsport.

    Whether you’re a Pay as you go, Pay monthly, business or corporate customer, Vodafone VIP has something for you.

     

  • How does Vodafone VIP work?To take advantage of everything Vodafone VIP has to offer, you just need to register your details with us. If you’ve already registered for My account, you can use your existing My account username and password to log in to Vodafone VIP. You'll then be able to visit the Vodafone VIP pages at vodafone.co.uk/vip where you can get access to some of Britain’s best events and take advantage of a great range of offers.

     

  • How do I opt out of VIP?You can opt out of receiving Vodafone VIP communications by changing your preferences in the section ‘Manage your communications’ at vodafone.co.uk/vip.

     

  • Can I take part in Vodafone VIP if I’m opted into Vodafone Freebee Rewardz or any other loyalty scheme?Yes, you can. Vodafone Freebee Rewardz is a scheme for pay as you go customers. Loyalty schemes like Vodafone Freebee Rewardz run separately to Vodafone VIP, so you can opt into both and enjoy the benefits.

     

  • What are the Terms and Conditions for joining?
    See the Vodafone VIP terms and conditions.These can also be found at the bottom of each page at vodafone.co.uk/vip. When you join you’ll be asked to accept these terms and conditions. You’ll also be asked to accept the individual event terms and conditions when you enter a competition.

     

  • Will it cost me anything to join?
    No, it’s completely free of charge.

     

  • If I’ve opted out of receiving marketing material, will I receive any marketing or competition information from Vodafone VIP?In this case, you’ll only receive the Vodafone VIP communications that you’ve requested. You can change what updates you’d like to receive and how you receive them by changing your preferences in the section ‘Manage your communications’ at vodafone.co.uk/vip.

     

  • Is there any other way to opt into VIP, other than online?No – at present you can only opt into Vodafone VIP online.

    If you've already registered for My account, you can use your existing username and password to log in to Vodafone VIP.

     

  • What do I do if I want to change my alerts?

    There’s a section on the site where you can change what eNewsletter updates you’d like to receive.

     

  • I’d rather my employees didn’t register for Vodafone VIP? What can I do?Vodafone VIP requires employees to confirm they have their employers’ consent before they register. If you are sure you don’t want your employees to join in, please let them know.

     

  • What do you do with my information?Your details are completely safe with us – see our Privacy Policy. They will be only be used to contact you if you win something, or, if you are opted in, to send you marketing information via email or text.

     

  • Can I join in if I am not a Vodafone UK customer?You can only register for Vodafone VIP with a Vodafone UK number – such as a mobile phone number or the number that comes with data SIMs for tablets and internet dongles

     

  • Who is eligible for Vodafone VIP?All Vodafone customers are eligible to take part in Vodafone VIP. So, if you are a pay as you go, pay monthly, business, mobile broadband or tablet customer, you can enjoy everything Vodafone VIP has to offer.

     

  • What do I do if I have a problem?If you have a problem registering with Vodafone VIP, please take a look at the registration FAQs. If you have a problem with claiming a prize please email vodafone-vip@fuseint.com.

    If you have not received tickets, you will need to contact the Vodafone partner. Details of who the partner is can be found in the individual terms and conditions of the offer.  For any other problems, please take a look at our other FAQs to see if they can help.

  • What do I do if I want to change my preferences?There’s a section on the site called Manage my preferences where you can change what eNewsletter updates you’d like to receive.

     

  • How do I register with Vodafone VIP?
    Start by giving us a few details on the Vodafone VIP registration page (registering for Vodafone VIP will mean you’re also automatically registered for My account – you’ll use the same login details for both). If you are a pay monthly customer, you don’t have to give us your account number, but if you do, you’ll also have access to My account features like itemised billing information.

  • Is it a good idea to register for Vodafone VIP?
    Yes. Only Vodafone customers can register exclusively for Vodafone VIP - giving them the chance to win prizes and get access to some of Britain’s top events - as well as keeping them up to date with all our latest offers. All we need is your Vodafone number plus a few simple details about you.

     

  • Why can't I register for Vodafone VIP?If you're sure the details you've entered are correct, there may be a temporary technical  problem. Please try again later.

  • Forgotten your Vodafone VIP / My account login details? 
    No problem – just click ‘Re-send my username and password’ and we’ll email you a reminder of your details.

  • By registering for Vodafone VIP, am I also registering for My accountYes. When you register for Vodafone VIP, you’re automatically also registered for My account. And if you’re a pay monthly customer, registering switches off your paper billing – so you’ll no longer get bills through the post. However, you can still see your itemised bills at any time online using My account.

  • Are the competitions valid to customers outside the UK?You can only register for Vodafone VIP and enter competitions if you have a Vodafone UK mobile phone number.

     

  • How old do I have to be to take part in competitions?You’ll need to be at least sixteen to enter most competitions, but please check the individual terms and conditions carefully before entering.

    If you’re entering a competition to win tickets to an event please check the individual terms and conditions carefully for any age restrictions before entering.

     

  • I’ve registered for My account and Vodafone VIP but I can’t enter a competition. Why is this?If you’re a pay as you go customer, it may be because your SIM card has been suspended. If you’re a pay monthly customer, check if you’ve paid your last bill or if there are any issues with your account – as this could block your access to Vodafone VIP. For more information on your account, please call us on 191 from your Vodafone mobile. 

     

  • How long is each Vodafone VIP competition open for?Each competition is different, and will clearly state when the opening date and closing date are. To find out when winners will be notified, please see individual competition terms and conditions.

     

  • Is there a limit to the number of competitions I can enter?No, you can enter as many competitions as you like. But you can only submit one entry for each competition.  

     

  • How will I know if I’ve won a prize?You’ll receive a text to say you’ve won. The next time you log in to Vodafone VIP you’ll also get a congratulatory message on your screen. You’ll need to log in to accept your prize within the time stated in the text message we sent you. You’ll then get an email with more information about your prize.

     

  • If I win a competition, can I choose when I attend?No, you'll only be able to attend on the date specified in the individual terms and conditions. Also, you can’t exchange your prize for a cash alternative, or transfer it to anyone else.

  • If I win tickets to an event can I take my partner or family with me?You’ll usually win a pair of tickets, so you can choose who you’d like to take with you – they don’t need to be a Vodafone customer as well.

    But do remember to check the individual terms and conditions for details of how many tickets you’ll win, as well as any age restrictions.

     

  • Who sends me my prize?The method of delivery may vary, so check the details on the email you get once you’ve accepted your prize. 

     

  • The prize I’ve won has mobile tickets. What’s a mobile ticket?A mobile ticket is a new way for people to access events. You’ll receive a text with a barcode for you to download to your phone. Please note that mobile tickets can’t be forwarded. 

    Some phones are not compatible with mobile tickets – but you still need to bring your mobile with the text on it when you attend the event. We’ll check the text and confirm that you’re the winner.

     

  • I’ve won a prize but haven’t received it. What should I do?We’ll have sent you an email once you accepted your prize on vodafone.co.uk/vip – so check your email again for details. If you still have a query, please email us.

     

  • How do you select winners?Winners are chosen at random from everyone who enters each competition.

     

  • Who do I contact about a prize I won through Vodafone VIP?If you’ve any questions about a competition you’ve won, please email us.

     

  • What are presale tickets?We’re giving our customers the chance to buy tickets to some of Britain’s best events up to 48 hours before they go on general sale. Ticket details are different for each event, so you’ll need to check the information on vodafone.co.uk/vip

     

  • How will I know which events have a presale?You can do this by regularly checking vodafone.co.uk/vip. Alternatively, you can manage your communications at vodafone.co.uk/vip and ask to be sent email and text updates on exciting events we’re offering presale to.

     

  • When will presale tickets be available?Presale tickets arenormally available for 48 hours before they go on general sale. Log in to vodafone.co.uk/vip for details.  Presale tickets will be available to buy for a set period or until they’re sold out. 

     

  • How do I buy presale tickets?To buy presale tickets, you'll need a unique code. When you click continue either:

    1. You'll be directed straight to the ticket vendor's webpage and your code will automatically be applied at checkout.

    2. If a code appears on the Vodafone VIP website you'll need to copy the code or write it down. You'll then be guided through to the ticket vendor's webpage where you'll be prompted to enter the code during your transaction. But remember - the code is case sensitive. For more information on how each partner uses the code, please see the individual terms and conditions.

     

  • How many advanced tickets can I buy?Each event has a different limit on the number of tickets you can buy. This will be shown on the page where you go to buy them and in the presale terms and conditions.

     

  • Can I use my code more than once?Yes, you can use your code more than once to buy up to the maximum number of tickets allowed for the event.

     

  • Who am I buying the tickets from?Your presale code is issued by Vodafone VIP, but the ticket sale goes through the event ticketing agent. Here’s a list of the ticketing agents and the events they sell tickets for:

  • Can I buy wheelchair presale tickets?Wheelchair arrangements differ according to each event, so check the individual event website or contact the ticket agent for details. 

     

  • Who do I contact with questions about presale tickets I have bought?Your presale code is issued by Vodafone VIP but the ticket sale goes through the event ticketing agent. You will need to contact them directly about any ticket enquires.

  • I’ve logged into Vodafone VIP, but the website is very slow or isn’t working, what should I do?This is likely to be due to high demand, so please keep trying. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to buy tickets over the phone.

     

  • Tickets are not available, what should I do?There are usually a limited number of presale tickets and they're sold on a first-come, first-served basis – so tickets may have sold out. Once tickets go on general sale you‘ll also be able to buy them through the Vodafone VIP website or directly with the ticket vendor.

     

  • I bought presale tickets but I have not received confirmation. Who do I contact?First, check your junk mail folder as the email confirmation might have gone there. If you still haven’t received the email, contact the ticket agent.  You will see which agent is selling the tickets when you go through to their website, or you can check the terms and conditions on the ticket presale page on the Vodafone VIP site.

     

  • My code isn’t working, what should I do?
    If you have entered the code manually into the ticket vendor's website, make sure you have entered exactly as you see it on screen. This is because the code is case sensitive.  To make sure you enter it correctly, try copying and pasting it. If the code is being automatically passed to the ticket vendor's site, there may be a problem with their website.  Please contact them directly:

  • What are vouchers and codes?Vodafone VIP has partnered with a range of companies to offer Vodafone customers exclusive discounts and offers. These offers can be redeemed using printable vouchers, text and email codes, or automatic online codes. Details of how to redeem these vouchers and codes will be available on each individual offer page on the Vodafone VIP website. Please see our other FAQs if you have any specific questions.

     

  • When can I use my voucher or code?You can use it within the set period of time stated on each offer. Please see the terms and conditions for each individual offer for more details.

     

  • How do I use my voucher or text and email code?If you have a printed voucher, an email or a text containing a code, take your voucher or phone along to our partner's store or venue and present it to redeem the offer.

     

  • Where can I use my voucher or code?You can redeem your voucher or code at any store or venue that's participating. For further details please see the terms and conditions for each individual offer.

     

  • Why can't I see the voucher I'm going to print?
    The voucher doesn't display on screen. Once you click 'Print voucher' you'll see the standard print dialogue box. You can print the voucher directly from there.

     

  • Can I use my voucher or code more than once?This will depend on the individual terms and conditions of the offer. Please check on the offer details page.

     

  • Can my friends use my voucher or code?No, the voucher or code is unique to you. If your friends are Vodafone customers, they can visit Vodafone VIP to receive their own unique voucher or code.

     

  • What do I do if my voucher won't print?
    If your voucher doesn't print, you can try again from the Vodafone VIP offer page.  If it still doesn't work, please check that your printer is set up properly.

     

  • Can I use my voucher or code with any other offers that are being run by the partner?Please see individual offer terms and conditions for details about the restrictions on using your code or voucher with other offers.

     

  • Can I forward my text or email code?No. Your code is unique and can only be used by you. If your friends are on Vodafone and want to take advantage of the offer, they can visit Vodafone VIP to receive their own code.

     

  • Can I get more than one code?No. Once you've requested your code, you won't be able to request any more. If you don't receive your code within one hour by email or text, please call customer services on 191.

     

  • How soon will I receive my code?You should receive your text within 10 minutes, and your email within around 30 minutes. Sometimes it may take a little longer if there's a high demand.

     

  • What do I do if I don't receive my email and text code?It could take up to 30 minutes to receive your code.  If your email doesn't arrive, check your junk mail folder.   If you don't receive your code within one hour by email or text, please call customer services on 191.

     

  • What do I do if my voucher or code isn't accepted?You will need to contact our partner directly if your code is not accepted by them.  Check the terms and conditions of the offer to find out what the partner's contact details are.

     

  • How do I get my text code if I have an internet dongle or tablet?If you have an internet dongle, you'll need to be connected to receive your text. To read it, just go to Vodafone SMS in the dashboard.

    Some tablets are unable to receive texts. But don't worry if yours can't as we'll also send an email with your code in it.

     

  • How does the online code work?There are two ways an online code works, depending on the offer partner. When you click continue either:

    1. You'll be directed straight to the partner's page and and your discount or offer will automatically be applied at checkout.

    2. If a code appears on the Vodafone VIP website you'll need to copy the code or write it down. You'll then be guided through to the partner's webpage where you'll be prompted to enter the code during your transaction. But remember - the code is case sensitive.

  • How can I be sure I'm going to get my VIP offer?You should see the discount or offer being applied at checkout. Further details for each offer can be found in the individual terms and conditions.

     

  • I can't get a code?Some offers have a limited number of codes available. If this is the case, then you will be told on the Vodafone VIP website when you click Continue.

     

  • My online code isn't working - what do I do?You will need to contact our partner directly if your code is not working on their website.    Check the terms and conditions of the offer to find out what the partner's contact details are.

     

  • Who can join in?All customers with a Vodafone UK number, whether you’re on Pay as you go, Pay monthly or a business customer can enter our prize draws or claim offers. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with us, or how much you spend.  

    Business customers need to confirm they have permission from their employer before signing up.More information for business customers.

  • How do I become a Vodafone VIP customer?Just head to Vodafone VIP to register your details. If you are already registered with My Vodafone you can use your existing username and password to keep things easy.

     

  • What if I don’t have My Vodafone?You can register for My Vodafone if you aren’t already registered. Pay monthly customers will also stop receiving paper bills in the post. Full itemised bills will be available online instead, if you give us your account number. If you’d like us to continue sending paper bills, just let us know.

     

  • Can I only get Vodafone VIP online?No, you can also take part by text or just download the Vodafone VIP app at vodafone.co.uk/vipapp

     

  • Will it cost me anything?No. It’s free to take part. Data charges may apply if you are not connected to Wi-Fi while using the app.

     

  • Are there any T&C's?There are the main Vodafone VIP T&C's. And each offer will have its own set too. We’ll always let you know what they are before you decide to enter anything.

     

  • How do I start using the Vodafone VIP app?It’s easy. Just download the app and register your details with us. If you already have a vouchercloud account, you can use the same details to log in and make things even easier.

     

  • What if I have a problem?If you haven’t received tickets for something, you’ll need to contact the people you bought them from directly, as they’ll be sending them to you. Contact details will be in the offer terms and conditions. Or, if you’ve won and you’re having trouble claiming a prize, please email vodafone-vip@fuseint.com

  • What will you use my details for?Only to send the messages you’ve requested. And to let you know if you’ve won something, of course. That’s it. Your details are safe with us. Take a look at our Privacy Policy.

     

  • I’ve forgotten my online login details. What should I do?No problem. Hit ‘Re-send my username and password’ and we’ll email you a reminder.

     

  • If I’ve said I don’t want marketing messages from Vodafone, will I still be able to get Vodafone VIP messages?Yes. We’ll only send you messages about Vodafone VIP in this case. Nothing else.

     

  • How do I change my Vodafone VIP preferences and alerts?You can change your preferences at anytime in 'manage your commuications' at vodafone.co.uk/vip

    To stop getting text messages from us, text STOP to 40404. And to stop getting emails, click ‘Unsubscribe’ on any Vodafone VIP email.  

    With offers from the vouchercloud section of the Vodafone VIP app, tick the ‘Unsubscribe’ box when you get vouchercloud emails. Or switch off the notifications in your iPhone settings

     

  • I don’t want Vodafone VIP anymore. How do I cancel?You can change your Vodafone VIP communications preferences at any time in ‘Manage your communications’ at vodafone.co.uk/vip

     

  • How old do I have to be to take part?At least 16 for most experiences. But please check the T&C's before you enter.

     

  • How many experiences can I enter?As many as you like. Only one entry for each experience though, please.

     

  • How long do I have to enter an experience?The start and end dates of each experience will be different. Check the T&C's before you enter for more information.

     

  • How are lucky ones chosen?We always make sure it’s completely random.

     

  • How will I know if it’s me?We’ll send you a text to say congratulations. And you’ll see a similar message the next time you log in to Vodafone VIP online. All you need to do is click to accept, and then you’ll get an email confirming all the exciting details.

     

  • Can I choose the date and who comes with me?Each experience is for a certain date and we’ll include details in the T&C's. Please check you’ll be free that day before you enter. We won’t be able to transfer any tickets to friends or exchange them for cash unfortunately

     

  • I’m having trouble entering an experience. What should I do?To access Vodafone VIP, your SIM card needs to be active, and your previous bills paid. If you’re having problems with your account, please call us on 191 from your mobile and we’ll look into things.

     

  • What’s a mobile ticket?It’s a fancy new alternative to a paper ticket. We’ll send you a text with a barcode. Download it to your phone. Then show it on the door to gain your Vodafone VIP access.  

    Mobile tickets may not work on some phones, but fear not. If you show your text on the door, we’ll be able to check that you’re a Vodafone VIP and let you in.

     

  • Who can I speak to about an experience I’ve won?If you have any questions about an experience you’ve won, please contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

     

  • What are pre-sale tickets and how do I get them?Vodafone VIP customers get the chance to buy tickets to some of Britain’s best events up to 48 hours before anyone else.  

    To see what’s new, check vodafone.co.uk/vip regularly. Use our nifty Vodafone VIP app. Or let us know that you’d like to receive email and text updates from us by changing your message preferences in ‘Manage your communications’ at vodafone.co.uk/vip 

    To get your hands on tickets, you’ll need a unique code. It may show up automatically when you get to our ticket partner’s website. If not, you’ll need to follow the instructions and enter your code when asked. Remember, it’ll be case sensitive.

     

  • How many tickets can I buy?It’s different for each event. Please check the T&Cs when you buy.

     

  • Can I use my code more than once?Yes. As long as you don’t try to buy more than the maximum number of tickets allowed for an event.

     

  • Can I buy wheelchair tickets?Each event is different and it often depends on the venue. You’ll need to check the website or contact our ticket partner directly for details. They’ll do their very best to help.

     

  • I’m having trouble getting tickets. What should I do?Pre-sale tickets are sold first-come, first-served and are available to buy for a set time or until they’re all gone. When tickets go on general sale, you’ll be able to pop back and try again. The website may be a bit slow if an event is massive. Just keep your fingers crossed and keep trying.  

    If your code doesn’t seem to be working, you’ll need to contact the partner selling tickets directly as there may be a problem with their website.

  • What are offers?We’ve teamed up with a range of partners to offer Vodafone VIP customers, like you, exclusive deals and discounts we think you’ll love. Some will come as printable vouchers. Some online codes. And we’ll send some by text or email.

     

  • How do I use an offer?Take your offer voucher, text or email along to the shop or venue and show it to a member of staff. They’ll be happy to honour it.  

    If you have an online code, the offer may show up automatically when you get to the website. If not, you’ll need to follow the instructions and enter your code when asked. Remember, it’ll be case sensitive.

     

  • When can I use an offer?It depends. Details will be in the offer T&C's. Just remember to you use your offer voucher or code before the expiry date.

     

  • How quickly will I get my offer code?You should get a text within 10 minutes or an email within around 30 minutes. Things may take a little longer if it’s a particularly popular offer.

     

  • Can I use an offer more than once?Possibly. It depends on the offer. Please check on the offer details page.

     

  • Can I give my offer to a friend?Since you’re the lucky one, only you can use your offer voucher or code. But if your friends are Vodafone customers, they can sign up too and get their own offer voucher or code.

     

  • I’m having trouble printing my offer voucher. What should I do?Your offer voucher won’t automatically show on screen. When you click ‘Print voucher’ the standard print setup box will pop up and you can print it from there. If your offer voucher doesn’t print, check everything’s plugged in and switched on, then try again from the Vodafone VIP offer page.

     

  • Is there a limit on the number of offer codes available?Sometimes we only have a limited number of offer codes available for a particular offer. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know on the website when you click ‘Continue’.

     

  • Can I get more than one offer code?Sadly not. You can only request one code for each offer as we need to share them around.

     

  • Can I use an internet dongle or tablet to get my offer code?Absolutely. Just make sure you’re connected to receive your text and then go to ‘Vodafone SMS’ on the dashboard to view it. Don’t worry if your tablet isn’t set up to receive text messages – we’ll email it to you instead.

     

  • I haven’t received my offer email or text code. What should I do?Double check your ‘Junk mail’. If it’s not there, and it’s been more than an hour, call us on 191 from your mobile and we’ll look into things.

     

  • My offer voucher or code isn’t working. What should I do?You should see your discount or offer show up when you get to the checkout. If your offer code doesn’t seem to be working, you’ll need to contact our partner directly as there may be a problem with their website. You’ll find the contact details in the offer T&C's.

     

  • How does the Vodafone VIP app work?To take advantage of everything Vodafone VIP has to offer from the Vodafone VIP app, you just need to register your details with us.

    If you’ve already registered for a vouchercloud account you can use your vouchercloud username and password to log in.

    If you've already registered for Vodafone VIP or My Vodafone you’ll need to create a new username and password for this app.

     

  • Which phones is the Vodafone VIP app available on?It is available on a number of smartphones using Apple IOS and Android operating systems.

     

  • I have an iPod touch. How do I redeem offers?Using an offer with an iPod touch is the same as using an offer on the iPhone when offline. When your iPod has a connection, simply choose the offer you want from 'My offers'.

     

  • I've entered my mobile number in the app but haven't received my PIN via text?Double check that you have entered your mobile number correctly and, if so, press the ‘Enter’ button again. This will re-request the PIN. You will be sent your own unique PIN number.

     

  • I have already verified my account and used a Vodafone offer, why is it asking for my mobile number again?We often make infrequent checks to verify that you are still a Vodafone customer. Please enter your mobile number again. If this continues in the future, go to Settings in the app menu, select Send us your feedback and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

     

  • How do I update my phone number?From the settings menu select “My details”, scroll to the bottom and select “Update phone number”.

     

  • What do I do if I have forgotten my password?On the log in screen select 'Forgotten password' to enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to your account details, where you can change your password. You can then use this new password to log in, once you’ve updated these account details.

     

  • I cannot see the ‘xxxxx’ experience in the app. Why has is disappeared?You can only enter an experience once and then it will disappear from the listing. If you check in ‘My History’ in the menu tab, the experience will be listed there if you have entered it from the app.

     

  • How do I see offers available in a different city?From the settings menu turn off 'use current location' and select your chosen city.

     

  • How do I get to my offers on my phone?To access the offers area all you need to do is click on 'My offers'. This will take you directly to your saved offers.

     

  • How can I use an offer when there is no internet or phone signal?You can save offers by pressing the ‘save’ option. This saves the offer in your 'My offers' area so that you can use it later when there is no signal or Internet connection available.

     

  • I have received a server location error when viewing an offer- what does this mean?Sometimes moving your phone around will help to pick up a location. Otherwise, in the settings menu, turn off 'use current location' and select your chosen city.

     

  • What happens if I redeem my Vodafone VIP app offer by accident?Unfortunately you will not able to get the offer code back if you redeem it by accident. If you press 'Use now' it will be redeemed and will show in your history, so please be very careful not to redeem it until you are ready to use it.

     

  • Why has my offer been rejected?We take special care that all of our offers are honoured by the venue, but in the unlikely event of this happening you can report the problem to us by tapping 'Report a problem' on the menu bar. Please also ensure that you read the offer T&C's before redeeming an offer.

     

  • How do I use vouchercloud online shopping voucher codes?We have secured some great deals with vouchercloud to help you shop online. Simply tap the online shopping category (computer mouse icon) to view all our online shopping best voucher codes for online shopping. Tap chosen offer and the email icon to enter your email address and vouchercloud will send you the link to redeem your code.

     

  • What are vouchercloud featured offers?These are vouchercloud’s best offers which can be found in the featured offers category from the menu bar.

     

  • I no longer want Vodafone VIP app marketing messages - how do I stop them?From Vodafone VIP:

    You can opt out of marketing messages when you register – just check the ‘opt out’ box on the page where you enter your mobile number. If you’ve already registered, you can still opt out. Just text STOP SMS to 40404 to stop texts, or click ‘unsubscribe’ in the Vodafone VIP emails.

    From vouchercloud:

    Check the ‘unsubscribe’ box when you get emails from vouchercloud. On iOS for iPhone you can also turn off the vouchercloud notifications in your phone settings.

     

  • What do I do if I’ve still got a problem with the app?From the menu please go to Settings and select Send us your feedback and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

     

  • How do I enter an experience prize draw or claim an offer?Browse through the “Live” offers and experiences then choose the one you’d like to go for. Once you click on it, you’ll be asked to log in with your Vodafone mobile number.

     

  • Can I use the app on my phone?Yes the app will work on most smart phones. Once you’ve got through the log in screen, a PIN number will be sent to your phone. Just enter that when asked and you’re good to go.

     

  • Can I enter more than one experience and claim more than one offer?Yes. As a Vodafone customer, whenever you see anything you fancy, just go ahead and click “I want this” Only one entry for each experience please.

     

  • What’s the difference between an experience and an offer?An experience is something where you have a chance of getting your hands on the prize. But an offer is something you can claim immediately.

     

  • How will I know if i've won an experience?If you’re the lucky one, we’ll send you a text to let you know.

     

  • What does “Past”, “Live” and “Coming Up” mean?Click on the “Past” tab and you’ll get to see videos and pictures of people enjoying our great offers and experiences. The “Live” tab will show you all the experiences and offers you can go for right now. And the “Coming Up” tab will give you a peek at the great things you can look forward to.

     

  • There was an experience/offer I wanted and now it’s not there. What happened?It’s likely that the experience/offer has expired.
